PUC To Hear Public Input on Big Island Rate Hikes

The Hawaii Public Utilities Commission is holding public meetings on the Big Island about proposed changes that will increase electricity rates. 

The meetings will cover a request by HELCO to raise rates, a surcharge that will cover premiums for biofuel and the Aina Koa Pono contract for biofuel.

Kealakehe High School cafeteria, 74-5000 Puohulihuli Street Kailua-Kona, Hawaii
