8:35 p.m. — Cayetano: ‘We Can Win This’

Ben Cayetano just took to the stage for the first time tonight.

While he mainly thanked all the volunteers who worked on his campaign he repeated four words. 

“We can win this. We can win this.”

Cayetano made the remarks shortly after presidential hopeful Mitt Romney conceded to Barack Obama.

Hawaii results are still not available. Several polling places were still open after they ran out of ballots, delaying the vote.
