  • 7:30 am—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at the grand opening of the Sports Authority store at Windward Mall. Windward Mall (at the old Borders location).
  • 10:45 am—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii 10th Splendor of China Cultural and Trade Festival. Neal Blaisdell Center Exhibition Hall
  • 7:00 pm—Mayor Carlisle is a guest at the Filipino Business Women Association Kimona Ball. Ala Moana Hotel.

Monday, November 5th

  • 1:30 pm—Mayor Carlisle joins volunteers to paint an Air Force veteran’s home as part of Benjamin Moore Paints Color Care Across American initiative. 91-1078 Noholike Street, Ewa Beach.
  • 7:00 pm—Mayor Carlisle is a guest at the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii 100 Years Celebration. Hawaii Theatre Center.
