Former University of Hawaii star quarterback Colt Brennan pleaded not guilty Tuesday to suspicion of drunken driving.

Trial is scheduled for Jan. 2, 2013 at the Kaneohe District Court.

Brennan waived his Tuesday court appearance and a defense attorney appeared at Kaneohe District Court.

Brennan was arrested on the night of July 25 after a police officer saw his vehicle speeding on the Pali Highway heading towards Kailua. …
