A senator, an elections clerk, a League of Women Voters representative and Oahu residents have taken turns calling for significant changes in the Hawaii Elections Office.
Some want a new chief and overhaul of the entire election process, while others proposed a litany of ways to improve the current system.
After public testimony wraps up, the commission plans to discuss the Hawaii County elections in particular and then review the 2012 state general elections.
