- 6:00 pm—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at the United Chinese Society of Hawaii 2012 Model Citizen of the Year Award Banquet and Installation of 2012 Officers and Trustees. Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant.
Wednesday, December 5th
- 6:00 pm—Mayor Carlisle is a guest at the First Hawaiian Bank Holiday Reception. First Hawaiian Bank, Bishop Street.

- 7:45 am—Mayor Carlisle is a guest at the 71st Anniversary Pearl Harbor Day Commemoration. Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.
- 5:00 pm—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at the opening ceremony and rides in the Pearl Harbor 2012 Memorial Parade. Ceremony at 5 pm; parade at 6 pm. Fort DeRussy to the Waikiki Shell.
