Forest City Hawaii to Develop 690 Pokuhaina Project

The Hawaii Community Development Authority on Thursday selected Forest City Hawaii to develop the $500 million 690 Pohukaina mixed-use project in Honolulu.

The project could include a tower that would become Hawaii’s tallest building at 650 feet.
