Honolulu Mayor Peter Carlisle may be leaving Honolulu Hale, but his sense of humor remains intact.

On Friday, Carlisle danced to the pop culture phenomenon Gangnam Style as a way to ring in the holiday season.

For whatever reason, Carlisle donned a black cape and sunglasses making him look more like Dracula than Santa Claus.
