Press release from the U.S. Department of Foreign Affairs:

Due to heightened security requirements, all members of the public must go to the Alapai Transit Center to undergo a security screening prior to boarding buses that will take them to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. People may park either in the Alapai Transit Center Parking Garage, or in the Civic Center Parking Garage. There will NOT be shuttle-bus services from any schools. Pedestrians will NOT be allowed to enter the cemetery as walk-in visitors. The cemetery will be closed to all individuals not utilizing the bus service from the Alapai Transit Center.

WHERE: The Alapai Transit Center is the embarkation point for all members of the public who wish to attend the memorial service.

WHEN: Buses will begin departing from the Alapai Transit Center at 7 a.m. 

HOW: Members of the public who are mobility-impaired will be accommodated on the standard buses as well as on a HandiVan at the Alapai Transit Center.
