Honey Girl, or as NOAA calls her R5AY, appears to be doing well after being snagged by a fishing hook and nearly dying several weeks ago. NOAA workers, who rescued her from Oahu’s North Shore, have been tracking her since her release and snagged this picture of her lounging on a local beach.
It’s an amazing recovery, judging from the emaciated state she was in when NOAA found her.
