FBI Fugitive Hunt Heats Up

The search is on for a fugitive accused of operating a Ponzi scheme on Kauai, and the FBI is enlisting the public’s help in finding him. Peter Heckman disappeared after he was charged with wire fraud in Honolulu.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to his arrest.
