Mayor Caldwell Takes The Stage

Kirk Caldwell was sworn in this morning as mayor of Honolulu. Hawaii Supreme Court Justice Sabrina McKenna gave the oath of office. 

Caldwell will have to hit the ground running as the city faces pressing rail, sewer and development issues.
