The first session will be held on Thursday, January 24, from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Hawaii Supreme Court courtroom at 417 South King Street.
The Divorce Law in Hawaii program, which has been running for 12 consecutive years, is geared for non-lawyers. The program provides an overview of custody, visitation, child support, property division, alimony and other divorce issues, as well as the process of divorce, including mediation, arbitration, and collaborative practice.
The speakers are Family Law attorney William Darrah and Tracey Wiltgen, the Executive Director of the Mediation Center of the Pacific.
