Bill: Set Time Frame For Labor Board Complaints

That’s what House Bill 151 calls for. Specifically:

Sets a time frame within which the Hawaii Labor Relations Board shall resolve complaints.

HB 151, sponsored by Speaker Joe Souki and Reps. Sylvia Luke and Angus McKelvey, is supported by HSTA President Wil Okabe.

The HSTA, of course, has on ongoing dispute with the state over its labor contract.
