BREAKING: OCCC Inmate Escapes, Last Seen Near Capitol

From a press release from the Department of Public Safety:

Teddy Munet escaped from an OCCC transport at Circuit Court this morning (Wednesday, Feb. 20) around 8:10 a.m.

He is 5’11” and has a black hoodie which he may be using to hide his belly chain and handcuffs. 

He was last seen in the downtown area of Honolulu near the Capitol. 

Anyone who sees him or has any information on Munet should call 911 immediately. 

He is pending trial on Murder 2, firearms and drug related charges.
