• SB 1085 Imposes fee on sugar-sweetened beverages, establishes Obesity Prevention Special Fund.

• SB 646 Establishes tax on sugar-sweetened beverages, syrup and powder, revenues deposited into special health funds.

• HB 1459 Addresses unfunded liabilities for public employee health benefits without putting down $500 million a year for next 30 years.

• HB 978 Allows for some vending on state highway airspace.
