The amendments would limit the circumstances under which a celebrity — or anyone, really — would be allowed to sue.Among the recommended changes:
– The person must be on a property he or she owns or leases
– The person must be engaging strictly in “personal or familial” activity
The committee is expected to decide whether to accept the amendments at the end of the hearing.
