To that end, Hawaii’s Office of Information Practices is encouraging folks to visit their links on training and info about the state’s Sunshine Law. There’s also a Sunshine Law Test. Sample question:
How many members must vote in favor of holding an executive session for the board to be able to hold it?
A. More than one half of the members present.
B. More than two-thirds of the members present.
C. More than one-half of all members to which the board is entitled.
D. More than two-thirds of all members to which the board is entitled.
