U.S. District Court Judge J. Michael Seabright issued his official orders regarding (de)Occupy Honolulu this week.
Essentially, he said the city can continue to raid the encampments so long as officials comply with the stored property ordinance.
This means the long-standing tradition of the city tagging and removing (de)Occupy Honolulu tents on the sidewalks can continue.
Seabright also didn’t dismiss the entire (de)Occupy Honolulu lawsuit, which is something the city’s attorneys had hoped.
