Gov. Neil Abercrombie and his finance team are continuing meetings this week with credit agencies in Los Angeles and New York regarding the state’s fiscal status and economy. “The meetings are being held in advance of an anticipated state bond transaction,” according to a press release,
On Friday (Sept. 27), the governor and his wife Nancie Caraway will travel to France. The governor is back in Hawaii Oct. 11. Lt. Gov. Shan Tsutsui will be acting governor until then.
