Another Inmate Escapes, This One from Waiawa Correctional

State sheriffs and Honolulu police are searching for an escapee from Waiawa Correctional Facility — Raphael Hernandez — after his was confirmed missing during a headcount this morning. 

Hernandez was classified as minimum security and was serving a 5-year sentence for promotion of a dangerous drug. 
 
Hernandez is Hispanic, 6-feet, 6-inches tall, 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 32 years old. If anyone sees him they are urged to call the police.
