Among the topics he plans to cover during his talks — the first of which is Oct. 17 at the Blaisdell Center — are infrastructure, bus service, parks and homelessness.
Caldwell will also trot out his department heads to help him update the public on the city’s business.
Below is a schedule of town halls. Each will take place from 6 p.m to 8 p.m., and will also be broadcast on Olelo.

Tuesday, Nov. 19 — Kahuku High School cafeteria
Thursday, Dec. 5 — Waianae District Park
Tuesday, Dec. 10 — Kaiser High School cafeteria
Caldwell will also host a Twitter town hall on Monday, Dec. 9 from noon to 1 p.m. Participants will be able to tweet their questions to Caldwell using the handle @MayorKirkHNL.
