The Hawaii Department of Health is notifying retailers that posses the embargoed OxyELITE Pro product that DOH will begin collecting and destroying the dangerous substance.
USPLabs has begun a voluntary recall with the help of U.S. Food & Drug Administration, as OxyELITE Pro has been a factor in 36 cases of liver damage and acute hepatitis in Hawaii.
Surrendered products will be taken to H-Power for documented destruction and disposal.
