Hawaii Development Agency Considers Plan for Veterans’ Housing in Kalaeloa

The Hawaii Community Development Authority is considering a proposal to build new housing for veterans in Kalaeloa. 

The state development agency held a public hearing at 10am on Wednesday to present the details of the project. 

The proposal by Cloudbreak LLC calls for a four-story residential building.

HCDA plans to make a decision about the proposal at a second hearing on December 6.
