More than 5,800 acres of land on the Big Island of Hawaii are up for sale by Lehman Brothers. 

The Hawaii Tribune Herald reported Thursday that 76 lots are on the market, including coffee farms and ranch land. 

It’s not clear how much the property will sell for but the land is worth more than $13.5 million.

Most of the lots are zoned for agriculture, but it’s not unusual for developers in Hawaii to acquire farmland to build luxury homes.
