Two teenage girls were arrested yesterday morning at a school in Waipahu after having an intense confrontation with two older women, presumably teachers.

Each student faces one charge of terroristic threatening.

According to Honolulu Police Department spokeswoman Theresa Bell, a 16-year-old girl threatened to hurt the two women after being asked to leave the class for being disruptive. A 14-year-old girl then let the first girl back into the room. When one of the women tried to stop her from entering, the 14-year-old girl assaulted the woman.

Both girls were taken into custody and then released pending an investigation into the allegations.
