Surprising no one who lives here, a new national report found that Honolulu has the third most expensive housing market in the U.S.
The study by the National Association of Realtors found the median cost of a house in Honolulu was $679,800.
Only San Jose, Calif. and San Francisco were more expensive.
The median price of a home nationally is just $207,300, less than a third of what it costs in Honolulu.
