Public Input Sought on Proposed Kauai Districting Plan

Public meetings regarding whether Kauai County Council seats should be selected by districts will begin next week. …

The proposed districts would allow voters to elect the members of the County Council based on the district in which they both reside. The goal would be to have representation spread out from each of the newly established districts. Read more.
