PUNA, HAWAII — Turnout was steady and even growing this morning as voters in two Puna precincts brought up the tail end of the 2014 primary election. The two precincts are being allowed to vote late — everyone else voted Aug. 9 — because officials closed the polling places after Tropical Storm Iselle caused extensive damage.
