The GOP House on Tuesday voted for the fourth time to repeal ObamaCare, “but this time with instructions for several committees to replace the healthcare law with new policies,” according to The Hill.

“Passage fell largely along party lines by a vote of 239-186. Only (three) Republicans voted against repeal, while every Democrat in the chamber opposed the measure.”

Mark Takai and Tulsi Gabbard were among the Dems voting “no.”

Tuesday’s vote was “nearly the 60th in the last four years” that the House voted to undermine or repeal the law since Republicans took over the House in 2011, says The Hill.

A big reason for holding yet another vote — which has little chance of  passing the Senate and zero chance of getting President Barack Obama’s signature — “was to give the 47 House GOP freshmen a vote on repealing the law.”

Republicans believe the Affordable Care Act, as it is is also called, has been a costly flop.

Many Democrats, however, have come to embrace the historic legislation for enrolling millions in health insurance.
