Honolulu Deputy Prosecutor Jon Riki Karamatsu was arrested early Saturday for allegedly driving under the influence.

Police records show Karamatsu, 40, was taken into custody about 1:30 a.m. near Ala Moana Boulevard and Hobron Lane in Waikiki. …

This is the second time in 7 1/2 years that Karamatsu has been arrested for DUI. In October 2007, the former vice speaker of the state House crashed his car on the Moanalua Freeway and struck a concrete pillar. …
