One Marine is dead and 21 others are hospitalized after an MV-22 Osprey in which they were riding went down near Waimanalo on Oahu Sunday morning.
The incident is being described as a “hard-landing mishap.” Black smoke could be seen billowing in the area of the crash and bystanders took video.
