The U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday passed legislation that would “repeal much of ObamaCare and defund Planned Parenthood for one year,” sending the measure to President Obama’s desk.

As The Hill reports, a veto is certain.

Only one Democrat voted for the legislation, and it was neither Mark Takai nor Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii.

“Congress should be working to create jobs and deliver bigger paychecks to hard-working Americans, not wasting time restricting women’s access to health care and taking away affordable health insurance from hard working families,” Takai said in a statement after the vote.

Three Republicans also voted “nay.”
