Two Democrats in the Hawaii House of Representatives raised campaign cash together Wednesday night.

Linda Ichiyama and Gregg Takayama each asked for contributions of $50 at Mandalay.

Thursday is the 26th day of the 2016 Hawaii Legislature, and the “first crossover” deadline to move bills.

Special interest + money + lawmakers = influence, no?
