County officials on Wednesday released the names of the five men who died Monday morning in a fiery place crash during a skydiving tour on the south shore of Kauai.

The deceased are: pilot Damien Horan, 30, of Kauai; instructor Enzo Amitrano, 43, of Koloa, Kauai; instructor Wayne Rose, 26, of Hanapepe, Kauai; tandem jumper Marshall Cabe, 25, of Lawton, Okla.; and tandem jumper Phillip Cabe, 27, of Lawton, Okla.

Autopsies determined that all five victims died of multiple blunt force trauma due to the flight crash.

“Our heartfelt condolences go out to the victims’ family and loved ones during this terribly difficult time,” Kauai Police Chief Darryl Perry said in a statement.

“I would also like to express my appreciation to the many agencies that responded to Monday’s crash, from our first responders and team of investigators to the service organizations that provided much-needed assistance to the families,” he said. “Our entire community is saddened by the loss of these men.”

The National Transportation Safety Board was notified and will work with officials to help determine what caused the crash of the single-engine Cessna, owned by Skydive Kauai, county officials said.
