I wonder if the termination is as severe considering the severance package the HART directors receive?

The blood letting is just starting for this infrastructure.  This was meant to cement a legacy for political driven public servants, the political class, and it will.  This project will just keeping taking transfusions from the taxpayer long after all the politicians pushing this thing have gone.
