Dr. Scott J. Miscovich is a family physician and chairman of the Hawaii Opioid Overdose Leadership Action Workgroup  (HO'OLA). He is a member of the Legislation Policy Committee of the Hawaii Medical Association and was the 2016 recipient of the President’s Award for healthcare leadership in Hawaii.
