The spread of coronavirus has forced many organizations to re-think the way they do things. One of those is Alcoholics Anonymous, known for its intimate gatherings of people who need support to make behavior and lifestyle changes.
So Alcoholics Anonymous has created hundreds of online Zoom meetings every week throughout the state to offer support to those who think they may have a drinking problem.
Meetings are anonymous and free. And people can join by video or audio only. You can choose whether to share or just listen.
Go the AA website for your island and click the Zoom meeting link. Enter the password next to the link if there is one.
Call the hotline if you need help or you want to join by phone.
