Clare Connors was confirmed as Hawaii’s 16th attorney general by the state Senate Monday, KITV reported.
Connors has been on the job for about four months, replacing replaced Russell Suzuki who took over for Doug Chin.
Chin stepped away from the position to run for the U.S. Congress but lost to Ed Case.
Connors is a Punahou graduate who earned degrees at Yale and Harvard.
