Allison Hilliard hails from California and is currently a student at the University of Hawaii Manoa studying psychology and economics. She is interested in solar renewable energy, electric vehicles and their charging stations, and promoting affordable solar energy to low- and middle-income housing and believes that with renewable resources like solar, Hawaii will obtain its 100% renewable energy standard by 2045.
